Regular interaction with registered dietitian for accountability and continual nutrition evaluation
Biweekly(6 sessions total), 15 minute sessions to review week, set new goals and celebrate milestones
Access to Healthie application for journaling, goal setting and nutrition education materials
Continued evaluation of health markers (i.e. labs), modifications and additions to supplement recommendations based on results
Continued meal planning and Fuel planning strategies

30 minute monthly sessions to review progress, continue established goals and celebrate milestones

Focus on curating long-term results that fit the individual’s health and wellness needs.
